The bride wins in her desire for a traditional design using a drape that cascaded through the layers of this demure, white and tall cake @The Mount Errigal Hotel, Letterkenny Co Donegal.
My job was to ensure a contemporary twist devoid of tension and complexities thereby using the gold acrylic topper and modern sugar flower design. And because it’s St. Patrick’s weekend, a hint of shamrock leaf on the topper. Notice the slim green ribbon to honour the Paddy’s.
I couldn’t have forgotten to use a picture perfect stand to make this beauty look outstanding.
So, she wins. After all, every bride is a winner however magnanimous over the groom.
